“没想到，在派出所的户籍窗口竟然补办了驾驶证!”近日，山东省德州市陵城区的货车司机陈先生因外出前忽然丢了驾驶证万般焦急，抱着试试看的想法拨打了该区派出所的求助电话，竟被告知可到派出所户籍窗口直接补办。更让他觉得意外的是他带着手续来到派出所，不到十分钟就拿到了崭新的驾驶证。这一切，得益于该区实行的“一窗通办”服务模式的创新改革。

　　为满足群众一次性办理多项业务的需求，持续提档服务质效，该区在区政务大厅公安进驻窗口和 14个派出所户籍大厅全面推行“一窗通办”服务模式，归集办理户政、治安、交管、禁毒等警种107项业务，窗口民警打破警种界限，独立承担多警种高频服务事项，实现了“不分警种、一个窗口、一名警力、一窗通办”，目前，窗口能够办理的服务事项和业务种类较之前增加60%，已为群众提供引导服务 17930余次，累计办理全科业务2000余件。

　　I have never ever expected that the driver's license can be reissued at the register residence window of the police station!" Recently, Mr. Chen, a truck driver from Lingcheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, was anxious because he lost his driver's license out of the blue before going out. He called the local police station for help to have a try, but he was told that he could go to the registered residence window of the police station to reapply. What made him even more surprised was that he came to the police station with the formalities and got a new driver's license in less than ten minutes. The convenience benefits from the innovation and reform of the "one window for all" service model implemented in the district.

　　In order to meet the needs of the masses to handle multiple businesses at one time and continue to improve the quality and efficiency of services, Lingcheng district has fully implemented the "one window for all" service model at the public security entrance window of the district government hall and 14 police stations registered residence hall, it also has collected 107 police services such as household administration, public security, traffic management, and drug control. The window police broke the boundaries of police services and independently undertook high-frequency services for multiple police services, it has realized "one window, one police and one window for all". At present, the number of service items and business types that can be handled by the window has increased by 60%compared with the previous one. It has provided guidance services for the masses for more than 17930 times, and has handled more than 2000 general services in total.
